A gentle, guided journey of daily yoga and meditation designed to help you find a little more space, stillness, and ease - one day at a time. A practice a day for a month - each practice is between 5–20 minutes, with one longer session of 50 minutes each week to help you deepen your calm. You’ll also receive two printable reflection calendars - one with the days and practises given to you and the other a blank version allowing you to design your own month of calm - where you can track how you feel before and after each session. This is a lovely way to see your own progress and notice shift in mind and body.
