If you can't make it to live classes but still want to enjoy the benefits of practicing yoga at home, or if you attend the live sessions but wish to practice more than once a week, I have the perfect solution for you. For just £12 a month, you can access a library of over 50 yoga classes, with new sessions added every month. This way, you can enjoy the flexibility of practicing whenever it suits you. Once subscribed, you will have access to all these classes which are between 10 and 60 minutes each. There is no commitment - you can cancel whenever you choose. Navigation: Once you have subscribed you will find the classes in order of: - Tutorials - Shorter Hatha classes (10-30 minutes) - Longer Hatha Classes (50 minutes) - Yin Classes (60 minutes) Within each section there are classes that target specific body parts (back, hips, legs and shoulders) along with classes that have different themes such as 'detox, 'de-stress' and 'grounding'. Remember to always listen to your body. If something hurts, causes pain or doesn't feel right then stop the practice or come back to a position that feels good.
