This is a selection of the online Yoga classes from the weekly sessions. Maybe you can't make the live classes but would still like the benefits of practising Yoga at home. Maybe you come to the live classes but you would like to practise more than once a week. Whatever the reason, for £12 a month you can access over 20 yoga classes right here and the library will be added to every month with more classes for you to enjoy. Once subscribed you will have access to all these classes which are between 45 and 60 minutes each. There is no commitment - you can cancel whenever you choose. Remember to always listen to your body. If something hurts, causes pain or doesn't feel right then stop the practice or come back to a position that feels good.
