If you want to enjoy the benefits of practicing yoga at home, I have the perfect solution for you. For just £12 a month, you can access a library of over 100 yoga classes. This way, you can enjoy the flexibility of practicing whenever it suits you. Once subscribed, you will have access to all these classes which are between 5 and 60 minutes each. There is no commitment - you can cancel whenever you choose.
