Come and join me for this Spring Equinox themed retreat day. Take time to gently wake up the body and mind, just as nature begins to stir. Through nourishing vinyasa yoga, calming breathwork and gentle myofascial release, you’ll be invited to soften winter’s tension, create space, and reconnect to a sense of steady growth and renewal. All in the beautiful location of Grain Coast Crafty Alpaca Farm. Healthy snacks, tasty drinks and a nutritious lunch is included as well as small gift bag all included.
